Standing proudly on the banks of the Loire, in a setting that bears witness to Nantes' industrial and port past, "Maison Maurice" is the perfect venue for your corporate events or associations.
In the heart of the Roche Maurice district, in the shadow of the Cheviré bridge, the Maison Maurice is directly accessible from Nantes' western ring road. Tastefully and creatively decorated, this historic building is nonetheless functional.
With a floor area of around 400 m2, the establishment has 4 levels that can accommodate from 10 to 50 people and up to 99 guests simultaneously.
A generous courtyard provides a convivial outdoor area for cocktails.
With a Licence IV, the establishment can also be used for after-work or private functions.
