DINER NANTAIS - LE VOYAGE A NANTES
Global accommodation capacity
- Maximum standing capacity 200 pers
Description
Company dinners, gala dinners, closing ceremonies... these are all professional evenings or congresses that often look the same: the same sequence of events, identical products, conventional scenography...
To change the codes, offer a unique experience, promote the "good" and stir the imagination of guests, Le Voyage à Nantes has teamed up with two professional caterers (Ruffault traiteur and Val d'Evre traiteur) to create a new evening concept. It's a delicious moment, where everyone gets their hands in the dough or with a fishing rod, to share a Dîner Nantais for an evening.
This culinary ballet is divided into three acts: Catching your fish at the fish market, picking your vegetables at the grower's and punching your biscuit out of the stuff. Diners are invited to take part and enjoy a different, sensible experience.
- ACT 1 CATCHING FISH AT THE AUCTION
From the top of a "fishery", guests will be invited to hook their catch and bring it back to their table.
- ACT 2 PICK YOUR VEGETABLES FROM THE GROWER
Market gardeners arrive with their hand trucks and wooden crates, mini kitchen gardens where even the soil is edible! Like a good market gardener, make sure you water your vegetables well.
- ACT 3 CUT YOUR BISCUIT OUT OF THE MATERIAL
Like a pastry chef who tastes straight from the production line... the guest takes part in the creation of his dessert.
