2 phases of the same coin: "Sapio, l'académie culinaire" and "Apério, le jeu des sens".
2 concepts dedicated to organising events around food, wine and gastronomy in general.
Sapio offers 2 floors:
* A 100-seat restaurant or cocktail lounge
* A cooking class workshop
* Two seminar rooms
* A shop and more
Apério is an edutainment games platform that can be used to organize convivial moments around culinary themes in face-to-face, remote or hybrid mode, thanks to the combination of our Apério boxes (containing the game elements) and the connection to our 3D platform to access the game sessions.
