Description

The concept is part of this approach to culinary promotion, and opens the doors of the MiN in Nantes to you to organize an evening event that is out of the ordinary, creative, authentic and convivial.

Under the impressive wooden framework of the MiN in Nantes, in the middle of the large fruit and vegetable producers' hall, guests are invited to take part in a large market of local produce in a setting recreating the atmosphere of a village square.

The meal, in the form of a cocktail reception, is based around 3 themes: vegetables from the market, the return of the fish auction and local delicacies.

Guests will be able to stroll around and sample local specialities to share. The atmosphere will also be lively, with market umbrellas and colorful bar stools and chairs. All the elements in this decor are part of the scenography, reminiscent of the hustle and bustle of MiN at peak times: trucks, pallet trucks, racks, etc. Even the DJ can fit into this decor and take a seat in a truck to liven up your evening.
