Description
Saveurs DétonNantes brings together more than 60 artisans (chefs, shopkeepers, designers) and local producers (vineyards, breweries, biscuit makers, canners, chocolate makers, etc.) from the Nantes Saint-Nazaire area. We offer tailor-made solutions to companies looking to combine a taste for good food, the experience of culinary workshops and a sense of eating well at their business events.
From breakfasts for 10 people to streetfood festivals for 1,000, we showcase local producers and artisans from our region, who come to the event themselves to talk about and taste their products.
We also offer gourmet gift boxes with a choice of over 500 products made in Nantes.
Our sustainable approach
The artisans and producers at Saveurs DétonNantes have drawn up and signed a quality charter based on 3 major commitments: working with seasonal produce and/or produce from organic farming, purchasing raw materials or subcontracting exclusively through short distribution channels, and selecting our suppliers based on criteria of eco-responsibility and/or holding ISO or CSR certifications.
